Friends, Strangers, and to Anyone Else Unfortunate Enough to Come Across This Blog:
I have decided to no longer write in this blog, and, instead, focus my blogging prowess on my livejournal account.
It's sad, I know, primarily because I fell in love with blogging when I first posted on Blogger back in November, 2002. However, after much thinking and re-thinking, I have concluded that Livejournal is... er... more compatible with my character. (What utter crap! LOL)
No, seriously. I love commenting and reading comments, and let's face it: LJ's commenting system is more user-friendly than blogger's. Moreover, I love how easy it is to join communities and keep in touch with friends (both RL and online). I didn't get it before, but now I do and I'm having fun! What's more, I can actually choose who can read my posts, so if I'm pissed about someone, I could just shut him/her out and bash him/her behind his/her back!
Kidding. But that idea has occurred to me, I won't deny it. Haha

Quick update.
I just had a chat with an old online friend over YM, and it turns out we're both graduating this year. Hurray! *throws confetti* He gave me a link to his webpage, so I decided to add him to my list of inmates. Hehe Beware though... He uses words I've never even heard of before in my whole life. LOL He writes very well anyway. *smiles and nods*
My New Room
Am I being too obvious about this? LOL Yeah, I've been posting about this all day! I mentioned it on LJ, on the OO boards, and now, here. *grins* What can I say? I really am excited! I've been walking in and out of "my room" today, acting like a supervisor. I think the workers are getting annoyed at "the little girl scampering up and down the stairs" because that's what I've been doing. I even made them change the shade of bluishgreenishgray that I chose for my room color! *giggles* Oh what do they care? I'm the daughter of their employer and they must please me. *sticks out tongue*

Times like these, I wish I was earning my own money so that I could buy new furniture. *sighs* I'm not complaining. I'm already content with having my own room. Still can't wait for it to be finished!

198 Done!
Okay, first of all, my partner and I are done with our 198 project! Woohoo! Three cheers for us! Yeah, now I'm pretty much just lazing around and visiting FictionPress (more on that later). Actually I still have one subject, and it's been hell so far. Okay, no. That's an exaggeration, but suffice it to say, I haven't really been enjoying. I would post a really long rant here, but I'm thinking that it's not gonna be healthy for me. I mean, I have to get over it some time, right? So I'm just not thinking about the awful, unjust, unfair---arrrggggh! Okay, ho-hum. Not thinking about it. Hehe *grins*
My Evil Muse
So what have I been doing these past few weeks? Well, if I'm not hanging around with Sean (or any of my friends), I'm usually stuck in front of the PC and hounding FictionPress for cool stories. For those of you who don't know, I am a frustrated writer. Hehe I've always wanted to post something on FP just to get some feedback, but right now, I just have an account (don't try looking for it because my nick's so not obvious) and I've been training myself in giving constructive reviews. If I'm not at FP, then I'm probably still in front of my PC, furiously typing away. In case anyone's wondering, the answer is No, I will not let you read anything I write and No, I do not write smut.
Speaking of FP, there really are some talented writers over there. I've only really looked at the Fantasy category though. If you guys like that genre, I suggest you give "Queen of Glass" by S. J. Maas a shot. If you want to laugh at the Fantasy genre, then go read "How to Write a Fantasy Cliche." LOL It's in Fantasy/Parody. Hehe
Sweating on Ice
I've finally managed to treat my friends yesterday. I joined with Sean so that we could treat the cwss/oo group to lunch and then ice skating. Unfortunately, we weren't complete, but given the circumstances (this time being the middle of the semester) I think it was the best we could do.
It's been ages since I last went skating! Thankfully, I didn't fall on my ass yesterday. That would've been funny though! Good exercise. Yeah. Buns of steel after all that. LOL We were supposed to go bowling afterwards, but there was a bowling tournament going on so there were no lanes available. Bah. Evil tourney. They all went to Pots' condo instead and tortured the neighbors with their Magic Singing. Sean and I had to go home so we passed up on that. Ah... It's so nice to be among friends.
Let's see... What else is there? Hmmm... Well, it seems I've got nothing left to say! (Yeah I know. Weeks of freedom and I did nothing but waste away).
Well, be seeing ya. Hopefully I'll go back to regular blogging soon.

Happy All Hallow's Eve!
People are probably wondering (or probably not) what I could possibly have been doing these past weeks that would make me neglect blogging. Okay, so first, and most obvious, of all, there's Acads. On my fifth year, I thought that I had experienced it all, so I thought, "This time, there will be no surprises." Turns out, there really is always a first time for everybody.
For example, for the first time this sem, I was forced to miss a long exam because I got sick. I've taken exams with a fever before, but this time, I was throwing up everything I ate and my temperature was really high, and so, following the advice of my better half, I decided to sit that one out. Last Oct. 19, I decided to take the comprehensive exams in hopes of raising my grade, because there was a cancel-the-lowest policy. Everything's fine now. *smiles and nods* My final grade's a 1.0. *grins cheekily*
Anyway, I also missed my finals in CE22. As in I missed it. Nope, wasn't sick or anything this time. Just plain, freakin', stupid-outta-my-mind missed it. I was like, "Oh hey, Frank, what time is our CE22 finals again? 5? 5:30?" And Frank goes, "Uh... The exam was yesterday." ROFL Damn am I smart or what? LOL So I e-mailed the prof about the whole thing and he offered to give me a make-up exam. Nice of him, right? He was also kind enough to explain the actual situation to me.
You see, in order to be exempted, I had to get a pre-final grade of 76 and no long exam lower than 68. I got a 75.96 and a 66.28 in my 3rd exam. The gods are against me, or so I thought at that time. I only needed 10 more raw points in the 3rd exam to raise my grade to 68 and, consequently, my pre-final grade to be greater than 76. So I looked over my 3rd exam paper again and again and found that one T/F item was in fact arguable. So I e-mailed him about that, and lo and behold! He actually considered it! So now I don't have to take the make-up finals after all, although I now have an INC in my record! LOL Cool huh? I've always said that an "INC" was the only thing missing in my UP experience, and now I got one without even meaning to! (Not that I meant to get a 5.0 or a 4.0... *grumbles*).
So in the end I'm so proud to say that I'm an all-pass. *applauds self*
PC Gamer Revived
Got hooked for a time on the MMORPG Guild Wars. *grins* My character's a Ranger/Necromancer, currently on Level7, but I'll probably leave it at that. I finished chapter1 and thought it was awesome, but come chapter2 I got tired of everything, because I'm just not into collecting items and crafting my own weapons and stuff. Thought it was too tedious. Besides, I don't know anybody else (apart from my brothers) who plays this stuff, so I got pretty lonely playing a multiplayer rpg by myself.
Also, I'm currently addicted to a relatively old game called Heroes of Might and Magic IV. Got it from Sean some weeks ago, and now I can't seem to stop playing whenever I'm at the condo. LOL I'm about to finish Emilia Nighthaven's campaign, so after that, I plan to stash Heroes away til maybe Christmas vacation. Too addictive, imho. Hehe
Aaah... Don't you just love PC games? *smiles and nods*

Lastly, I've been busy taking care of Cracker during the weekends, and of course, now while it's still sem break. The little monster's just so adorable. Posted new pictures of him in my multiply site. Check them out here.
Life Update
Life's been crazy lately, in good and bad ways, so I'm going to focus on the good since I've already ranted in my LJ. Hehe
I got a new puppy from Nikki last Saturday! His name's Cracker and he's half Cocker Spaniel, half Japanese Spitz, so I'm calling him a Spitziel! Yeah, because it's infinitely much better than calling him a Cocker Spitz or a Japanese Spaniel or a Cockanese Spantz or a Japernese Spanieltz. LOL I crack myself up sometimes. *giggles* My dad gave him the name Cracker so that he could have a last name: Spaniel. So, his full name's Cracker Spaniel. What do you make of that?
I haven't taken any pictures yet, but I plan to take the digicam home this weekend so we could have a photo shoot. Hehe He's such a cute, adorable, little creature. He follows you around and then plops down when you stop. He loves the Pedigree puppy formula. He cries if he doesn't see a human nearby. *squeals* So so so so cuuuuute! Can't wait to see him again this weekend!

Multiply
I've been tinkering with Multiply today. It's a site Nikki recommended because it lets you store loads of photos of any size! I thought that it was about time I started organizing my stuff and at least make an album for myself. Hehe Anyway, I started with the first group of photos I had on hand -- my graduation pictures. Haha
Check them out right here. I didn't upload all of them. Just three of each. *grins* I'm going to get around to doodling later on. I want to give Freaky Girl (my LJ and Multiply icon) a friend, and Nikki just gave me a brilliant idea. Hope I could pull it off though.
EDIT: Just so everyone knows, Haloscan is evil! LOL Yeah, I'm giving them bad publicity becaue for one thing, it won't let me comment on Nikki's site. Keeps telling me that my IP's blacklisted. *rolls eyes* For another, Nikki and I went on a commenting spree on one of her posts, and it went up to around 15 comments, I think. Now, there's only one left. What the hell?! Boo on Haloscan! So there. *sticks out tongue*
